Identity and Function Correction
Commercial products can be isomeric or compositional mixtures supplied at different active concentrations. A generic CAS number, molecular formula or molecular weight does not prove the identity of every grade. Confirm the exact material through its current TDS and SDS. The product is normally selected for rapid wetting and penetration; it may support emulsification or initial powder wetting in compatible systems, but is not automatically a substitute for polymeric dispersants such as NNO or MF.
